pattern making and fabric cutting

Patterns are prepared based on size grading supplied by the buyers. Prototypes are then prepared and tried on mannequin to fine-tune the patterns for perfect fitting.

Fabric is always first checked for shrinkage and other defects where defected fabric is rejected before the cutting stage. In case shrinkage occurs, shrinkage allowance is added to the patterns in advance, before cutting the fabric, to try achieve perfect measurements in the finished garments.
